No one says anything about the fact that SCOTUS does NOT make law! They have not been doing their job which is to interpret the Constitution. One of the justices said about abortion “It’s the law of the land.” Both women and men pursuant to the to the Constitution have the right to the “Blessings of Liberty”. Which I take as freedom over our own lives therefore women’s healthcare decisions the same as men’s healthcare decisions are our rights given to us by the Constitution. Therefore, in my opinion, SCOTUS did not interpret the Constitution correctly about a woman’s healthcare decisions.
