I wonder why medicare is not available to US citizens abroad. Those who are living in other countries cannot use medicare even though those countries would be at a lower cost. So they must either find alternative insurance or return to the states for coverage.

I would think that if they are living legally in said Country, they would already have Health Care under their system, I know that I do. I am just thankful that I am able to collect my Social Security payments. That is an amazing Country/World agreement that I hope that Dump never learns about.
