I also read, but needs more research, that if they abolish a court and get rid of a judge, that does NOT get rid of their past rulings and they would have to get another judge to pass a new ruling. So this is no easy task no matter how you look at it. Also, it could end differently than the "r's" want it to, so it is a big risk for them.
