I hope so, but from my cheap seats, the donor class wanted Ben Wikler, who had the backing from the lame leadership of Schumer and Jeffries. I like that he is referred to as a "knife fighter." Imagine if Trump had lost--and all the legal crap that ensued. They were ready to "not lose" no matter the outcome. They will be more prepared in two, and four, years. I look at the leadership in Canada and Mexico, and I think, "They're not fooling around." The Trump cabal is not fooling around either. Frankly, I'm not sure there are any Dems who know how to win a street fight and play hard and dirty to win. Ugh!
