I understand the game. They just are trying to keep their names out of his mouth. The only way to beat him is to fight him in court. What’s to stop the next criminal potus from doing the same exact thing. Attacking a co-equal branch of government and that branch rolling over is bad for us all!
Easier is not the same as ethical or taking high moral path. I wouldn’t hire or refer that kind of law firm to a prospective client.
These firms are going to lose the best law school graduates. Some of them are already resigning from these wimpy law firms and organizing against them. Those firms giving in to Trump's blackmail will only be able to hire the equivalent of the Alina Habba (who graduated from the lowest ranked law school in the country). It will give those who held out against Trump "first pick of the litter." Then watch the best lawyers flock to the holdout firms.
I would love to see some of these lawyers leave these firms and form one of their own. Come together and start their own firm.

Stephen Gillers, a law professor at New York University, told Newsweek that there are a number of methods by which Trump could seek another term, using the assistance of Vice President JD Vance.
👉 1. The Vance Presidency
"Trump can be nominated as vice president with Vance nominated to be president, Gillers said. "If the Vance-Trump ticket wins, Vance resigns and Trump becomes president. He then chooses Vance to be his vice president. The Senate would have to confirm Vance," he added.
"There is one possible problem with this tactic. The last sentence of the 12th amendment says: 'But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of vice president of the United States,'" Gillers said.
"However, it was written long before the 22nd amendment's two-term limit and probably refers to [minimum] age, 35 years old, and citizenship, naturally born in the U.S., which were and are the constitutional eligibility requirements.
"Further, the 22nd amendment prohibits Trump from 'being elected' president more than twice. But in this sequence, Trump is not being 'elected' president, but vice president."
👉 2. The President/Vice President Resignation
"The second workaround is this: Vance runs for president and someone else is on the ticket for vice president, maybe Don Jr. They win. Don Jr. quits and Vance picks Trump to be vice president with Senate confirmation," Gillers said.
"So Trump is not 'elected' to anything, not even vice president. Then Vance quits, Trump becomes president, though not through election. He chooses Vance as his vice president with Senate confirmation."
Gillers stressed that he is "just identifying these paths, not endorsing them."
👉 3. A Constitutional Amendment
Trump could seek to change the U.S. Constitution's ban on a third presidential term.

And it's something you can do for any candidate no matter where you live.
Complaining does nothing, and there is no one to save us. It is up to WE, THE PEOPLE to save ourselves. Have courage, resist tyranny, and please get involved and take some kind of real action. We need you!
The federal judges who have been called "corrupt" by Trump and his minions, including Musk, should sue them for libel and slander. There is no evidence to support the statement and there IS the presence of malice. It should be a shoo in.

Lawrence Tribe says that there is a loophole to the 22nd, through being VP. The former Presidents can run for VP and the VP could step down and he take their place. That is the loophole that Lawrence Tribe has stated. I hope that loophole doesn’t exist but I am a little worried about it, but, I am not distracted by it.
I call my Democrat Senators and House Representatives daily. I even call on Saturdays and Sundays and when they are home. I also email and text them daily. I also call my liberal State AG to get him to do more. I am still waiting and calling on him to file State level charges against Elon Musk for stealing my personal information under the SSI and IRS and the Payment systems, as well as, my medical records. I am disabled so I get SSDI and Medicare. He and his children have access to my personal medical records which is a violation of HIPPA laws. Only my doctors, insurance companies, myself, and, my husband (who has my permission to have access) is allowed to have access to my medical records. My privacy has been severely violated. Which has me thinking I should also call the ACLU about that part as I donate to them what I can monthly which makes me a ACLU member. At least according to the magazines they send me every other month lol.
