… Wired is reporting that that people working for Elon Musk’s PAC assigned to get out the vote for Trump in MI and PA say they were tricked, abused and threatened during their brief employment. We are going to find out when this is over that there was an incredible amount of shenanigans that went down in this election with Musk at the center of all of it.

… The Attorney Generals in MI and PA aren’t Merrick Garland either. If crimes were committed, they WILL be investigated and prosecuted. Musk may be entering Stage 2 of the ETTD experience.

… The hearing on the PA AG’s lawsuit to stop Elon Musk’s million dollar giveaways to voters has been moved up to tomorrow on an emergency basis by the judge, and Musk has been ordered to appear in person.

… Philly DA Larry Krasner, who filed the emergency lawsuit to stop Elon Musk’s million dollar daily lotteries to voters, asked the court today for the hearing to be held in a secure location due to the avalanche of threats he has received from X posters.

… The final economic growth numbers before the election are in, and they are good news for Harris as a robust Q3 number of 2.8% keeps a healthy economy humming along. Whether a majority of Americans believe Trump that it is all “fake” and doom is right around the corner remains to be seen.

… Trump posted on Truth Social that “Pennsylvania is cheating at large scale levels rarely seen before. REPORT CHEATING TO AUTHORITIES. Law enforcement must act, NOW!” Here we go again.

… The Trump campaign announced that they are suing Bucks County, PA over long lines for people who show up to request a mail-in ballot. The GOP legislature created a byzantine system, provided local officials with no additional resources to deal with the new rules, and are now complaining that it isn’t running perfectly.

… PA Gov Josh Shapiro responded to Trump’s accusations: “I was the AG in 2020 and despite his bluster and rhetoric, he went 0-43 in court when he fought to try and make it hard to vote then tried to overturn PA’s votes. He’s now trying to use the same playbook to stoke chaos.”

… Meanwhile, Trump supporters continue to disrupt an intimidate voters at polling locations. Add to their list of arrests and removals a guy who was arrested in FL for brandishing a machete at Harris supporters near an early voting location. This is MAGA.

… Rudy Giuliani had to be muted by a judge at a zoom hearing today when he started yelling and attacking his accuser in a sexual harassment case. The judge said that he was muting him because if he continued he was going to get himself in serious trouble: “I’m going to protect you from yourself.”

… The lawsuit was brought by former Rudy personal assistant Noelle Dunphy who alleged that Rudy was constantly drunk while popping viagra and forcing himself on her sexually over a two year time period.

… At a local event campaign for Trump, Mike Johnson said in response to a question from a voter that “the secret” between him and Trump is to “have a very aggressive first 100 days” including repealing the Affordable Care Act.

… He also said they are “going to take a blowtorch” to government agencies.

… The Las Vegas Sun endorsed Harris today, citing Trump’s mental instability and cognitive decline: “Americans from both sides of the political spectrum should be alarmed by Trump’s words and behavior. The nation must confront the facts that beyond his hateful character, he is crippled cognitively and showing clear sign of mental illness.”

… Nikki Haley is the recipient of my annual John Bolton Award, given to the person in politics who managed to have everyone in America hate them equally. It is important to recognize this rare achievement. She ran against Trump, criticized Trump, then endorsed and praised Trump, then wanted to campaign for Trump, was rejected, then ripped Trump and the campaign, but says she is still supporting him.

… Mark Cuban will be in Georgia tomorrow for Kamala Harris holding a town hall with local business owners to talk about why he thinks her economic plan is great and why Trump’s will crash the economy.

… Trump campaign and right-wing media clutching their pearls over Joe Biden’s “garbage” comment. Give me break. Trump and right-wingers call Democrats marxists and communists who hate America for decades. Biden also isn’t the candidate and immediately clarified his remarks. The F Your Feelings crowd sure can be sensitive.

… Harris issued the following statement in response: “I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for. You heard my speech last night: I believe the work that I do is about representing all the people, whether they support me or not. I will be a president for all Americans.”

… JD Vance, who one day ago said we “have to stop getting so offended over every little thing” says he is very offended by Biden’s comments.
