So underrated as president, especially after Reagan's behind his back dealing with the enemy to release the hostages immediately AFTER Reagan won,but so loved as a human being.

Yes.....Reagan cheated with the help of Roger Stone...

Reagan also cheated with the help of George Will. Reagan and his team got Carter's debate prep and used it.

Reagan was a Bohemian Grove inductee as were many others before him. I do wonder if blabbermouth Trump The Dumpster ever was invited or attended since he has little ability to control his mouth. Just a loudmouthed orange jerk SOB.

I had to google Bohemian Grove. Interesting. I doubt Trump was invited before. He would brag about it. You're right about his Dumpster Blabbermouth.

That he did. He also emphasized whatever soothsayer Jeanne Dixon contributed. Imagine "Just ask Nancy," and "I don't recall" actually doing something positive for the nation. They didn't and I can't.

btw: I liked him better as an actor and when he was married to the lovely Jane Wyman. Nancy "Just say No" always came off as elitist IMHO. Never like her.

That's one of the many ironies of the Republican Party. They are, more often than not, the ones who are most elitist and actually would never hang around the "working class". Which to be fair, working class to most republicans means white working class.

I agree. Reagan was a dirty president....and I think the release of the hostages was about the dirtest deed he did....besides his "Welfare Momma" remarks. Jimmy Carter was a wonderful president and human being.

I believe Reagan also testified against fellow actors at the House -Un-American Activities Committee in 1947. Yeah, the Great Ronald Reagan.

He is also remembered for his racist comments about the Osage and their oil reserves on the reservation.

Also, Reagan and Nixon were on the phone and Reagan referred to African UN delegates in a very racist way.

The best president that America never knew they had.

He walked softly and used diplomacy to achieve the ends but all knew he had the big stick behind his back.

Also the only president that kept the US forces out of foriegn engagements except for a failed and flawed attempt to rescue the hostages... At least the armed forces learned from their mistakes.

That "failed and flawed attempt to rescue the hostages", thanks to Ronald Reagan, the 2nd worst POTUS behind DJT.
