Yes, Carter was a great president. That would be correct. Then, along came Ronald Reagan, who ushered in the beginning of the demise of the middle class. But there are people in the middle class who still hold him in reverenceтАФ that would be the brainwashed right-wing stupidity we witness today.

I read today in WaPO (I know!) that those solar-heating panels for water most were installed at the Unity College in ME in 1992.
