After we reported that Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski admitted to bending the knee to Trump at Mar-a-Lago this past weekend, we decided to conduct a survey to see if it impacted viewers of Morning Joe. We were Morning Joe fans, and it made us not want to watch them again. We wanted to see if MeidasTouch viewers felt as we did.
We surveyed 9,686 people, and the results were shocking: 90.3 percent of those surveyed say they will not watch Morning Joe ever again. It’s sad that Morning Joe screwed over its audience like this and lost the credibility and trust it had gained from us and others
.
As we said in our previous post, corporate media revealed its true colors during its atrocious “both sides” election coverage. I don’t know why we expected Joe and Mika to be different, especially since their paycheck comes from Comcast. But I guess I hoped somehow they were different. However, like most corporate media, they are submitting to Trump and trying to normalize his anti-American authoritarianism before his term even started.
Let me be clear: We will never submit. We will never back down. We will never appease Donald Trump. This isn’t just a “resistance” in vague and ambitious terms—the Meidas Mighty is building the infrastructure that rivals corporate media but is powered by the people. Five billion views over the past two years. We are people-powered. Pro-democracy. Pro-normalcy. Fearless. Relentless.
Goodbye, Joe and Mika, and goodbye, corporate media. To others, here’s the deal: You can join us and be real journalists who hold the oligarchs accountable, or you can be agents of the oligarchs and lose all credibility. History is watching. America is watching.

I’m done with the whole network. I’m done with ALL the networks, and am calling for a boycott of any cable/dish/YTTV type service. Cut off the hand that feeds them.
I find the pathetic stance that they have taken is disgraceful. I felt like Jordy, that I had been cheated on, and actually had the same feelings as he mentioned even though I’m from Australia.
