Trump White House Tries to Shut Down MeidasTouch Growth

Hey Meidas Mighty. The Trump regime just took aim at the success of our network and our podcast. Here’s what happened.

The Trump White House just launched an official podcast initiative to promote MAGA podcasts and help right-wing podcasts get more downloads than us. It ain’t working.

The White House is terrified of the views and downloads we get at the MeidasTouch Network, and they want to use the power of the government to promote their preferred podcasts—the MAGA podcasts.

As part of the Trump podcast initiative, the Trump White House held an event this week with Cabinet officials and MAGA podcasters to promote their podcasts and give them a boost. The event was inside the White House.

In fact, the White House created an entire area in the White House called “podcast row” for MAGA podcasters to get access and influence with the Trump officials, which they believe will translate into more views and downloads so that MAGA podcasts can try and take the top spot in the charts again. They are pissed we are winning.

The timing of this is obvious.

Trump and his regime are scared that their grip on the podcast community and viewership that helped them in 2024 is slipping away. He should be scared. We are beating them badly.

By now, I’m sure you’ve heard that the MeidasTouch Podcast gets more monthly downloads than Joe Rogan. How much more? We’ve extended our lead so that we now get double the downloads of Joe Rogan in a month. (Let’s keep it going. Add the MeidasTouch Podcast on audio on Apple Podcasts and Spotify).

Additionally, outside of Rogan, we get more views than all of the top right-wing podcasts combined (Tucker, Kirk, Candace, Shapiro).

Now, you may be asking, why don’t we ask to be invited to podcast row at the White House? To be honest, I really have no desire to be in the White House or anywhere near the vicinity or proximity to Trump.

However, we had to have some fun. So, just as an experiment, we sent a request to see what the Trump White House would do if we asked to attend podcast row.

Since we are the number one podcast in America, you’d think we would qualify for podcast row.

Not surprisingly, Trump and his regime of snowflakes rejected our request to send a reporter to podcast row. This makes me laugh as I’m typing this. They don’t want the top podcast at the White House. They want to try and help the MAGA podcasts.

Most of these right-wing podcasts and shows are backed by massive companies and right-wing oligarchs. They already have an unfair advantage, whereas we grew the MeidasTouch Network with Substack subscribers—not with oligarchs. Now, the White House is using its resources and its literal office spaces to help MAGA podcasters!

It just shows us how desperate they are and how scared of us they are. The fact that we beat Fox News in digital views and all of MAGA podcasts has the White House genuinely terrified. I want to use what the White House is doing as motivation to grow. I want to try and set a record for the most new subscribers on Substack in a single day to send a message to the Trump White House that their “podcast row” plans will backfire and the MeidasTouch Network will continue to grow.
