Tuesday Message for Meidas Mighty…Trump HIDING?!!

Hey Meidas Mighty. It’s MeidasTouch co-founder Ben Meiselas.

Trump refused to be on camera yesterday as the markets crashed. This is consistent with the fact that he has the pathology of a perennial loser.

He goes into hiding when things get tough. He runs away from his problems, which are now our problems.

He’s a bloviating schoolyard bully who folds like his ill-fitting suits when you punch back, and he cowers when times get tough.

He also panics.

He operates erratically from fear and self-loathing.

You can always count on him to make the worst and most damaging decision under any set of circumstances. It’s quintessential Trump behavior. There’s an obvious pattern.

I mentioned yesterday on our Substack post that this was a critical week for the resistance and opposition to Trump. I gave you the example of how Hitler took full control over all institutions in Germany between 30–53 days, depending on which historian you ask.

Trump has surely wrecked our government, our economy, and our alliances the way a bratty toddler might knock down building blocks for attention—but Trump is not in control. He has not seized the initiative as he needed to. Trump has not suppressed his opposition as he and Musk wanted with their “shock and awe” plan.

Now, the opposition to Trump grows stronger each day as his approval plummets.

A robust group of other independent reporters have grown their platforms as well, following the vision of MTN, helping restore the Fourth Estate.

Trump has isolated the United States.

Other nations have quickly forged new alliances and left the United States out.

Trump’s bullying social media posts have a nuclear cringe factor but are now viewed as the petulant rantings and ravings of a lunatic.

Trump can’t control the narrative since the objective reality of his destruction is being reported by independent media at all times.

Networks like ours are flooding the zone with the truth and are overpowering Trump and his right-wing propaganda machine.

The latest audio podcast download charts have the MeidasTouch Podcast beating Joe Rogan—115 million downloads for Meidas a month to 63 million downloads a month for Rogan. That means the MeidasTouch Podcast has extended its lead to 52 million more monthly downloads than Rogan (add the MeidasTouch Podcast now on Apple and Spotify).

Again, thanks to our subscribers to this Substack for helping us hit this milestone and grow.

You can tell by Trump’s behavior he is fatigued and frustrated.

His Cabinet is fighting with each other, and especially with Musk.

Republicans are afraid of their own constituents and have canceled their town halls.

Republicans can’t fulfill their most basic task in Congress by passing a budget.

As Trump and MAGA sink deeper down this path, we have to get louder and work harder.

I am proud that we get 350 million views a month on YouTube, but we need to double that.

I am proud we are getting closer day by day to 5 million subscribers on YouTube, but we need to double that, and then double that, and then double that.

Why does this matter?

We need all Americans and people in the world to hear and watch a media network with an unapologetically pro-worker, pro-healthcare, pro-equality, pro-climate, pro-women’s rights, pro-empathy, pro-love, pro-truth, and pro-democracy agenda.

We need to defeat Trump and MAGA and then rebuild.

This is no easy task, but this is something I know we are all capable of doing. Together.

Every single day, let’s push forward together.

Let’s win all the battles each day in the information war.

Let’s win it with truth.

I want to look back at this moment years from now, after we’ve destroyed Trump and MAGA, and I want to remember pivotal days like today in our fight. These are days that matter most.
