I want to know who allowed them to cull 60-65,00 votes and on what grounds?

I didn’t realize our North Carolina Supreme Court was made up of five Republicans to one democrat… I guess they are trying to make themselves completely (R)and partisan.Doesn’t sound very legal does it?

It's 5 Republicans to 2 Democrats, counting Allison Riggs. She, of course, has recused herself from any discussions of this case so that makes it 5 to 1. North Carolina is so gerrymandered that it is difficult for a Democrat to win most elections.

Your Honor as a proud Air Force veteran I apologize for the lack of political honesty in our country. John Roberts and the Federalist Society are destroying the Leagal system in our country. I am 74y/o and my parents were friends with a few judges here in the Pacific Northwest as were my paternal grandparents. In their time most judges in our area of this country were apolitical because of respect for the voters.

That is the why of the magas not wanting her elected, fair voting demographics . Undoing the gerrymandering of NC. Same with the Winsconsin supreme court vote and why

Muskrat was trying to buy the election = gerrymandering

We are protesting and volunteering and getting loud and donating to Riggs in NC. I wish I could share my images from the Griffin protest held a few weeks ago.

They don’t want to lose. Period.

They did lose. Riggs needs a strong law firm behind her. If she can’t find one in North Carolina, I’m wondering if she can get representation from out of state? She needs the most powerful lawyers she can find. Our democracy depends on it.

They are going to lose, people are fed up! Finally opening their eyes to see what is happening. Right from wrong, good vs bad. Guilty is evil.

I pray you are right, but then there is Florida...Valimont and Weil both lost! Boggles the mind.

Many wealthy live in Florida unfortunately but they too will feel the hurt to their portfolios…Just maybe they will start to support Dems…Lord knows there’s way too much Republicans here and that’s probably why Trump moved there…

AND.... let's not forget the reason Trump changed from Democrat to Republican..... he said that Republicans would be stupid enough to vote for him! A truer word was never uttered from the mouth of the Liar-in-Chief!

Exactly. What is their justification?

There is none. Describing their decision as having made a mistake in the beginning? You better believe higher politics has a hand in this. There is no non-partisan Supreme Court in North Carolina.
