I'm sure there's no criminality attached to the law. It's up to Congress. Mainly the Senate refusing to confirm anyone who has not been vetted by the FBI is the only way I can see of forcing anything. Do not see that happening in the Republican controlled Senate.

Typical idiot democraps... pass laws, refuse to enforce them, and whine when the criminals ignore them because they never face any accountability for any of their crimes.
The law was passed bipartisanly. It is the responsibility of ALL elected officials to uphold the law. Typical idiot comment blaming Democrats for not upholding laws that are the responsibility of both parties.
I certainly did NOT vote for the Deranged Sweet Potato. I also don't accuse people of taking actions with no evidence. Seems the MAGA mindset is not limited to MAGA.
That comment was not directed at you but at Rakesh Malik. I agree wholeheartedly with your comment. Upholding the law is most certainly the responsibility of both parties.
Ya as if any republican obeyed any laws or rules any way !! Except even the republicans are voting with the Democrats on any of trumps very poor choices ! His only plan is to destroy, like Putin asked him to do !!!
He owns him. Except his usefulness is coming to a close as a pawn .. his drug addictions are wrecking his body.
The senior Republicans are fighting back ..some of them !
And if the Senate grew a spine and refused to confirm people, I see Trump just singlehandedly "appointing them" via the magic mind meld he used to declassify the classified documents in his bathroom - and just name them as "acting" secretaries of whatever. He sort of did that last time when he couldn't get folks cleared.
Though the Republicans control the Senate, it may be a legal requirement for anyone expected to hold the office of presidency to do, and not an option that can be treated lightly, mainly for security reasons. Did Trump sign the first time he took office?

Well, write or call your senators daily. They need to know we are watching. Just do it.
Yep. I wrote mine last week

This was passed with bipartisan support. Go to X with your name-calling and lack of info. They enjoy it there.
Amen!
Another MAGA STAR are we???? You probably get your information from a cereal box
and I just reported him too
As have I.
Ditto. Don't know how much good it will do, though. He did get in here somehow. I thought there was a vetting process.

The idiots are the people who voted trump back in office. They will soon see their folly and probably still blame democrats.
Seems you are one of the idiots. You can’t fix stupid.

Sorry Jami

Huh...I guess we'll see. I have no confidence in anyone with an R next to their name.
Wow. So bipartisan passed law, Trump refuses to obey it, and it's the Dems' fault. Interesting.
Hey, stop embarrassing yourself. You sound just as stupid as the deranged incoming president.
Not only was it done with bipartisan support, it was done 61 years ago. Most of those who were involved are now dead.
Much as I dislike your sneering tone, I think you have a point. Come on Democrats, show some soune
Democracy depends on the willingness of the population to support its laws. If he wasn't a traitor, the situation would not have arisen.

True. No he did not sign the first round.
